Le r\u00f4le principal du helpdesk est de fournir une assistance technique et fonctionnelle aux utilisateurs qui ont besoin d&rsquo;aide pour utiliser ces portails. Les missions du helpdesk sont vari\u00e9es et peuvent \u00eatre r\u00e9sum\u00e9es comme suit :<\/p><ol><li><p>Rassurer et accompagner : Le helpdesk est\u00a0 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9coute des utilisateurs et les soutient dans l&rsquo;utilisation du portail. Il r\u00e9pond aux questions et guide les utilisateurs pour les aider \u00e0 comprendre comment utiliser les diff\u00e9rentes fonctionnalit\u00e9s du portail. Le but est de rassurer les utilisateurs et de les accompagner dans leur utilisation du portail.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Aider \u00e0 la connexion et la gestion des acc\u00e8s : Le helpdesk aide les utilisateurs \u00e0 se connecter au portail en utilisant une connexion forte et leur expliquer comment fonctionne la gestion des acc\u00e8s.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><li><p>Assistance \u00e0 l&rsquo;encodage des donn\u00e9es : Le helpdesk aide les utilisateurs dans l&rsquo;encodage de certaines donn\u00e9es, telles que la signal\u00e9tique du pouvoir organisateur ou du milieu d&rsquo;accueil, Mon Equipe, etc. Le but est de faciliter la saisie des donn\u00e9es et d&rsquo;assurer leur qualit\u00e9.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Relayer vers le service ad\u00e9quat : Le helpdesk relaye les demandes des utilisateurs vers le service appropri\u00e9. Par exemple, si un utilisateur a besoin d&rsquo;aide pour sa demande des subsides ou doit faire une d\u00e9claration d&rsquo;activit\u00e9, le helpdesk peut l&rsquo;orienter directement vers son gestionnaire de dossier. De m\u00eame, si l&rsquo;utilisateur a besoin d&rsquo;assistance sur le bilan de fonctionnement, le helpdesk le mettra en contact avec son coordinateur accueil.<\/p><\/li><li><p>Soumettre des probl\u00e8mes techniques et propositions d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration :\u00a0 Vous pouvez envoyer des captures d&rsquo;\u00e9cran des probl\u00e8mes techniques que vous rencontrez sur le portail. Le helpdesk peut \u00e9galement recueillir\u00a0 \u00a0les propositions d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration du portail soumises par les utilisateurs et de les relayer au service ad\u00e9quat.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif;\">En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le helpdesk est un service important pour les utilisateurs de portails en ligne. Il doit \u00eatre en mesure de fournir une assistance technique et fonctionnelle aux utilisateurs, de relayer leurs demandes vers le service appropri\u00e9 et de recueillir leurs propositions d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration.
